Battle Born Bass Nation stacks a Type B Oroville weekend Oct. 10–11

California Fishing

Lake Oroville’s mid-October weekend now has a Nevada-based club card. The California Department of Fish and Wildlife fishing-contests board lists an approved two-day Type B black bass permit for Battle Born Bass Nation on Oroville, Lake Oct. 10–11, 2026.

Type B covers black bass contests with 60 or fewer anglers and may not exceed three days; Section 230 also limits those permits to three per water per day. The same Saturday–Sunday already carries Best Bass Tournaments’ Type A at Clear Lake plus All American Bass Club and Fairfield-Suisun Bass Reapers Type B cards there — a split-water weekend, not a conflict on Oroville.

Expect extra boats on the Feather River arm that weekend. Confirm current Oroville black bass rules before keeping fish, and contact Battle Born for entry.
